HYBRAR™

High vinyl styrenic thermoplastic elastomer

About HYBRAR™

HYBRAR™ is a co-polymer type with polystyrene on the ends and a vinyl-rich polydiene in the middle section. It’s known for absorbing vibrations and shocks very well. HYBRAR™ can be shaped into many forms, like films and tubes, and can be injection molded, making it versatile in manufacturing.

Products made with HYBRAR™ don’t require a plasticizer, unlike those made with flexible PVC, which lessens the environmental impact across the entire supply chain. This highly flexible styrene block copolymer, HYBRAR™, can be formed into numerous shapes, such as films and tubes, and is suitable for injection molding.

Industries Used

HYBRAR™ products come in both hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated versions. The hydrogenated versions of HYBRAR™ mix very well with polypropylene, creating a notably clear and transparent blend.

Offering a transparent, flexible alternative for medical applications.

Providing clarity and compatibility for diverse thermoplastic gels.

Enhancing adhesives with strong, versatile bonding solutions.

Improving flexibility and comfort in personal care items.
